Join Sona's product teams to develop the next generation of workforce management software. You will work directly with customers to translate operational insights into shipped features, leveraging AI agents for code generation while providing architectural direction and quality control.
What you'll do
- Own features end-to-end from scoping to delivery across the platform
- Direct and evaluate code produced by AI agents as primary workflow
- Engage directly with customers in workshops and discovery sessions
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to shape solutions
- Rotate across product domains like scheduling, payroll, and HR
- Make pragmatic trade-offs between ideal and immediate solutions
What you'll need
- Senior level experience owning features from concept to production
- Professional Elixir expertise to correct agent-generated code
- Proficient with AI development tooling like Claude Code or Cursor
- Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to interact directly with customers to solve problems
- Pragmatic approach to decision making and scope management
Nice to have
- Full-stack experience including React Native
- Background in product-led engineering or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with HR or workforce management domains
