Join Five9's fast-growing AI team to develop enterprise voice bots, agent assistance, and conversation analytics. You will implement UX designs and build scalable applications that bring generative AI technologies to business users.
This position focuses on creating high-performance web platforms using modern PaaS components. You will collaborate daily with designers and contribute to architecture decisions while maintaining ownership of your code in production.
What you'll do
- Implement UX designs using a React and Redux based framework
- Build custom widgets for Google Looker Studio dashboards
- Develop scalable applications on GCP and other PaaS platforms
- Contribute to requirements analysis and sprint grooming sessions
- Leverage CDN and NoSQL databases for reliability and scale
- Document architecture and communicate implementation solutions
- Own production code including troubleshooting and on-call duties
What you'll need
- At least five years of software development experience
- Strong focus on React and Redux ecosystems
- High proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with operational code ownership and uptime
- Knowledge of modern UI design patterns in distributed systems
- Proven track record working in Agile or Scrum teams
- Strong proactive verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have
- Previous experience in contact center software
- Experience developing custom Google Looker Studio widgets

How you'll work
