What you'll do
- Design agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks
- Develop AI evaluation frameworks to measure real-world performance
- Create indexing strategies for diverse healthcare data sources
- Deploy Large Language Models at scale with safety practices
- Build scalable back-end services and front-end solutions
- Define cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code best practices
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and design documentation
- Translate engineering tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience shipping software products
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with React or Next.js front-end frameworks
- Deep knowledge of Azure or Google Cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and Kubernetes workloads
- Experience designing AI infrastructure and agentic workflows
- Ability to communicate technical decisions to business teams
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or Vertex AI
- Experience with vector and semantic search technologies
