What you'll do
- Partner with product managers and designers to identify growth opportunities
- Implement reusable services for marketing campaigns and onboarding flows
- Collaborate on distributed systems handling large volumes of global traffic
- Participate in architecture discussions balancing scalability and maintainability
- Use data and experimentation frameworks to understand user behavior
- Uphold engineering standards, performance, and security practices
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems at scale
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with React or React Native for front-end development
- Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, and secure design
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, or Redis
- Ability to operate autonomously in a globally distributed, remote-first environment
Nice to have
- Experience with A/B testing or experimentation platforms
- Background in growth engineering or conversion optimization
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or experimentation frameworks
