Join the RPC Platform team at Quicknode to design and scale the critical infrastructure powering global blockchain RPC services. You will work at the intersection of distributed systems and Web3, taking technical ownership of high-throughput, low-latency backend services used by developers and enterprises worldwide.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize high-throughput, low-latency backend services in Go
- Architect and maintain distributed systems for global scale
- Own end-to-end delivery from initial design through production deployment
- Improve service uptime and reduce latency across the platform
- Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and DevEx teams
- Debug and resolve complex production issues in live environments
- Drive engineering standards and establish best practices
What you'll need
- 6–10 years of experience building backend or distributed systems
- Strong proficiency in Go and ability to learn new frameworks quickly
- Deep experience with distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures
- Proven track record of delivering scalable and reliable systems
- Experience with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or RPC services
- Strong problem-solving skills for debugging cross-system issues
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
