This hands-on individual contributor role focuses on system architecture, performance tuning, and security. You will own complex systems from design to production, mentoring peers and setting engineering standards without direct management responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize high-throughput backend services and APIs in Go and Rust
- Own production systems including architecture, concurrency, and resource efficiency
- Architect distributed systems for blockchain data with strong consistency guarantees
