You will develop the internal software powering Wrapbook's core business functions, including interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. Working within an AI-native team, you will integrate with Salesforce and custom applications while leveraging agentic coding tools to prototype and ship features rapidly.
What you'll do
- Design and ship internal applications with clean architecture and maintainability
- Build and integrate APIs across marketing, sales, and support stacks
- Develop data pipelines for reporting and operational systems
- Extend Salesforce platform using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
- Design AI-native workflows and agents with production guardrails
What you'll need
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proficiency in modern languages like Python or JavaScript
- Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data architecture and modeling
- Ability to design usable interfaces for internal tools
- Experience building or integrating with Salesforce (Apex, Flows, APIs)
- Proficiency with version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Capability to manage the full development lifecycle from requirements to release
Nice to have
- Experience in entertainment or project-based industries
- Knowledge of telephony integration like Zoom Contact Center
- Relevant Salesforce certifications
