Join the Support Center team within Kraken’s Business Services organisation. You will develop high-quality mobile functionality using React Native, enabling clients to access help through chat, content, and voice features across multiple products.
What you'll do
- Develop mobile experiences with React Native and TypeScript
- Own initiatives from requirements to release and iteration
- Build support features like chat, modals, and voice calls
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders
- Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to real-time experiences using APIs and WebSockets
- Improve shared architecture and development practices
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Hands-on experience shipping mobile apps with React Native
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
- Proven ability to own projects from start to production
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in English
- Experience with APIs, testing, and deployment pipelines
- Collaborative mindset for working across teams
Nice to have
- Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
- Familiarity with Node.js or backend systems
- Experience with WebSockets and real-time messaging
- Knowledge of customer-support platforms and APIs
- Experience with iOS/Android build and release processes
- Working knowledge of Rust, Go, or C++
- Background in crypto, fintech, or regulated industries
