Join the AI/ML Engineering team at ClickHouse to design and operate end-to-end AI products, including the Agentic Data Stack and in-Console copilot. You will create intuitive user interfaces that make complex AI functionalities accessible to data scientists and other users.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement AI-powered features across the full stack
  • Create scalable APIs connecting database capabilities with AI inference systems
  • Build responsive user interfaces for complex AI functionalities
  • Integrate models into production with monitoring and observability
  • Maintain integrations with broader AI/ML ecosystem standards
  • Participate in daytime on-call rotation with the team

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience in production
  • Exposure to working directly with AI/ML technologies
  • Strong frontend skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and React
  • Ability to drive features from concept to production independently
  • Effective communication skills for diverse stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying AI/ML models and working with vector databases
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI/ML services
  • Understanding of database systems and data processing pipelines
  • Previous experience with ClickHouse is a significant plus
  • Experience building data-oriented interfaces and visualizations
