You will work on backend infrastructure that supports the real economy, ensuring reliability for companies moving electrical supplies, plumbing products, and other essential materials. The position offers ownership of large projects and direct collaboration with product teams.
What you'll do
- Engineer backend systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Own large, complex projects from initial planning through to deployment.
- Collaborate with product and customer teams to align engineering with business goals.
- Balance hands-on coding with guiding the team’s technical direction.
- Provide thoughtful code reviews and architectural feedback to unblock peers.
What you'll need

- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, product-focused environments.
- Comfort taking full ownership of deliverables and ensuring high standards.
- Experience guiding other engineers and providing architectural feedback.
