Join Blitzy as an AI Solutions Consultant to help enterprises modernize their software development using autonomous AI tools. You will engage with CTOs and engineering leaders at mid-market and Fortune 500 companies, translating technical requirements into successful implementations.
This role blends deep technical expertise with sales-driven objectives, requiring you to demonstrate business impact and build lasting partnerships. You will act as the bridge between customer needs and Blitzy’s engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
What you'll do
- Advise enterprise clients on technical architecture and implementation strategies
- Lead discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and APIs
- Execute proofs-of-concept to demonstrate measurable business value
- Guide customers through integrating Blitzy into existing development environments
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle
- Translate customer feedback into product roadmap insights and improvements
- Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executive leaders
- Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across customer teams and products
- Serve as the technical liaison between Blitzy’s leadership and customer teams
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or solutions architecture
- Strong grasp of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineers and executives
- Proven track record working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
- Previous experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products
- Background in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling sectors
