SimSpace provides an AI Proving Ground for training and testing cybersecurity defenses. As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners in North, Central, and South America. You will bridge the gap between commercial goals and technical execution by designing evaluations and supporting complex security use cases.
What you'll do
- Lead technical sales cycles including discovery, solution mapping, and pilot execution
- Build custom tool integrations and connect customer security stacks to range environments
- Design and deliver demonstrations of enterprise, cloud, IT, OT, and hybrid environments
- Own technical content for RFI and RFP responses and support renewal opportunities
- Enable regional resellers and system integrators through joint opportunities and training
- Act as a feedback loop to Product by representing SimSpace externally at events
What you'll need
- Six or more years in cybersecurity solution engineering, presales, or technical consulting
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity markets and buying processes across the Americas
- Experience working with channel partners such as MSSPs and system integrators
- Technical knowledge in areas like AI-enabled security, cloud security, or OT/ICS
- Ability to define success criteria and lead technical evaluations or proofs of concept
- Effective communication skills for executive, business, and technical audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and conferences
