As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives to manage the technical aspects of opportunity pursuits. You will translate strategic business challenges into UiPath capabilities, articulate high-level solutions, and drive end-user adoption through training and events.
Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this position requires a blend of business acumen and technical expertise. You will work closely with customer delivery leads and professional services teams to ensure successful solution implementation while supporting marketing initiatives through evangelism activities.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end sales activities and create value propositions
- Analyze customer business requirements to identify opportunities
- Demonstrate UiPath capabilities to address strategic challenges
- Articulate high-level solutions tailored to client environments
- Drive product adoption via webinars, seminars, and training
- Collaborate with delivery leads to implement customer solutions
- Support marketing through blogging and speaking at events
- Lead technical engagements across the entire sales process
What you'll need
- Experience in customer-facing or strategic consulting roles
- Technical background with hands-on digital technology experience
- Results-oriented mindset focused on outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Diplomacy and poise when handling customer issues under pressure
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is mandatory
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with UiPath platform
- Experience with other automation platforms
- Background in Test Automation tools
