As a Senior Solutions Architect at Rescale, you will own technical engagements with prospects and customers, focusing on accelerating High Performance Computing (HPC) workloads in the cloud. You will analyze customer infrastructure, design migration strategies, and demonstrate how the Rescale platform optimizes workflows for industries like aerospace and life sciences.
What you'll do
- Lead technical activities during pre-sales, including meetings and demos
- Execute 2-3 proof of concepts per quarter for strategic customers
- Analyze customer infrastructure and technical requirements independently
- Help engineers migrate on-premise workflows to the cloud
- Define long-term digital transformation strategies spanning 1-5 years
- Present solutions at regional and national conferences and webinars
What you'll need
- B.S. in engineering, computer science, math, or physics required
- At least 5 years of experience in software, hardware, or cloud roles
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to audiences
- Must be a US Person due to export control regulations
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer engagements
Nice to have
- M.S. degree in a relevant technical field
- 5 years of enterprise cloud or software technical experience
- Knowledge of HPC disciplines like CFD, FEA, or Molecular Dynamics
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or life sciences sectors
- Familiarity with HPC simulation software such as ANSYS or COMSOL
- Understanding of schedulers, IaaS, and scripting languages
