As a Senior Solutions Architect within the Customer Training and Development team, you will define and evolve the customer enablement strategy. You will engage with enterprise accounts pre- and post-sale to scope training engagements, design multi-cloud lab environments, and create AI-driven, just-in-time curriculum tailored to specific customer needs.
You will serve as a technical peer to enterprise architects and CISOs, using whiteboarding and visual storytelling to explain complex packet flows and security architectures. The role requires bridging the gap between legacy networking and modern cloud transit security while influencing the long-term roadmap of the ACE certification program.
