Join Redis as a Senior Solutions Architect to help customers implement high-performance in-memory data platforms and AI-driven architectures. You will work directly with technical teams and stakeholders to design solutions involving vector search, semantic caching, and real-time applications.
This position requires balancing technical expertise with business objectives, guiding clients through evaluations and pilots while shaping how Redis integrates into modern AI infrastructure across the region.
What you'll do
- Design Redis-powered solutions for business and technical needs, including AI use cases
- Quantify and verify customer requirements for traditional and AI workloads
- Collaborate with client technical teams to ensure successful POCs and pilots
- Partner with sales to develop account strategies and identify new opportunities
- Present Redis capabilities and business impact to C-level stakeholders
- Provide feedback to product and R&D teams based on customer insights
What you'll need
- 3+ years of pre-sales engineering experience, ideally in database engineering
- Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux
- Knowledge of scalable, highly available distributed systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI/ML architectures like vector databases and RAG pipelines
- Experience with LLM-based applications
