Join Immersive Labs as a Senior Solutions Architect, serving as a trusted technical partner for enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider METNA region. You will guide customers from pre-sales proofs of concept through post-sales adoption, ensuring they maximize the value of the Immersive One platform.
This position focuses on long-term engagement rather than transactional consulting. You will work closely with C-level executives and technical teams to build cyber workforce resilience, conduct crisis simulations, and influence product innovation based on real-world customer needs.
What you'll do
- Define technical requirements and use cases to align with business value propositions
- Conduct solution demonstrations and manage proof-of-concepts for new and existing clients
- Act as a security advisor during the sales cycle by facilitating crisis simulations
- Drive platform adoption and help customers operationalize cyber resilience programs
- Deliver Executive Business Reviews to support account health and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to voice customer needs and influence innovation
- Serve as the primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts
What you'll need
- Five or more years in information security or solution consulting with pre-sales experience
- Proven ability to consult and present to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in IT fundamentals including networking, databases, and software development
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, compliances, and standards
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, security tools, and public cloud environments
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading technical presentations across various organizational levels

- Previous experience working within a Customer Success team
