Join Singular as a Senior Solutions Engineer to support high-priority customer accounts across the Americas. You will bridge the gap between technical implementation, customer success, and product development, ensuring smooth onboarding and resolving advanced technical challenges. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both engineering and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Own technical implementation from scoping through validation and post-launch advisory
- Provide senior technical ownership for high-priority customer accounts
- Investigate complex SDK, API, attribution, and data quality issues
- Use SQL and logs to diagnose reporting and implementation problems
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to identify roadmap opportunities
- Develop internal playbooks and documentation to scale team operations
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and create reusable resources
- Support technical sales activities with feasibility expertise when needed
What you'll need
- 5+ years in Solution Engineering, TAM, or similar technical customer-facing role
- Experience supporting complex enterprise-level technical implementations
- Strong troubleshooting skills for ambiguous technical problems
- Proficiency with mobile SDKs, REST APIs, and event tracking integrations
- Ability to write SQL queries for data investigation and validation
- Comfort working in Mac, UNIX, or command-line environments
- Capability to read, debug, or write lightweight scripts, preferably in Python
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with iOS and Android mobile development
- Background in attribution, adtech, or marketing analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Singular or other MMP and analytics SaaS tools
- Hands-on experience with Python backend frameworks like Django or Flask
- Experience using AI tools to improve technical workflows and automation
- History of creating technical training materials and implementation playbooks
