Join the Commercial organization as a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between sold solutions and delivered work. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to design practical solutions for supply chain and cold chain customers, managing the process from discovery through go-live.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery with stakeholders to understand workflows and constraints
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing technical objections
- Own solution designs including modules, data needs, and integrations
- Create implementation plans and statements of work with risk assessment
- Support proposals by ensuring technical deliverability of commitments
- Guide software configuration and lead solution workshops
- Coordinate handoffs across Product, Data, Engineering, and Delivery teams
- Build reusable solution designs, frameworks, and integration patterns
What you'll need
- At least 5 years experience in Solutions Engineering or Architecture
- Proven track record delivering enterprise software implementations
- Experience owning designs from pre-sales through go-live
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or quality management
- Familiarity with regulated industries and compliance needs
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, and system interoperability
- Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Linear, or Jira
