Join Turquoise Health as a Senior Solutions Engineer to help consumers understand healthcare costs before receiving care. You will collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to validate pricing logic and support customer integrations via the Consumer Pricing API.
What you'll do
- Partner with product to define and validate shoppable service estimates
- Collaborate with data and engineering on upstream data infrastructure
- Serve as technical expert for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Guide customers through API integration and product launch
- Gather technical feedback to drive product development
What you'll need
- 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or digital health
- Expertise in institutional and professional claims
- Deep understanding of commercial reimbursement and benefit design
- Strong SQL skills with large healthcare datasets
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON integration
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have
- Experience with consumer-facing care navigation products
- Background in digital health product support
