Join Teleport as a Senior Solutions Engineer to help enterprise customers secure their infrastructure for an AI-driven world. You will partner with account executives to demonstrate how cryptographic identity protects humans, machines, and AI agents.
Your work involves designing scalable solutions, leading proof-of-value engagements, and advising security leaders on eliminating static tokens. This role requires deep technical expertise in cloud-native environments and a passion for solving complex security challenges.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales teams to map technical capabilities to customer initiatives
- Architect and deliver demos showcasing Zero Trust and identity governance
- Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and security leadership
- Advise on securing sensitive datasets and AI model endpoints
- Position solutions to replace API keys and static tokens in pipelines
- Support customers with secure infrastructure for AI training and inference
- Provide structured product feedback based on market needs and gaps
- Collaborate with marketing on thought leadership and technical content
- Enable channel partners and support go-to-market activities
What you'll need
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical customer-facing roles
- Experience configuring and debugging Linux machines and network issues
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes troubleshooting
- Deep knowledge of at least one major cloud computing platform
- Proficiency in DevSecOps principles and CI/CD pipeline security
- Advanced understanding of identity security and Zero Trust approaches
- Ability to script and automate using Linux shell, Go, and IaC tools
- Familiarity with AI/LLM infrastructure and associated security requirements
- Strong presentation, demo, and white-boarding skills
