Join Grow's security team to protect the infrastructure supporting millions of mental health care sessions. You will design secure architectures, collaborate with engineering and compliance teams, and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
This position allows you to shape how artificial intelligence is applied to security operations while ensuring robust protection for patient and provider data across a scalable cloud environment.
What you'll do
- Design and build the security foundation for scaling infrastructure
- Research threats and implement solutions for applications and infrastructure
- Improve cloud security posture with infrastructure and compliance teams
- Respond to security incidents and participate in on-call rotation
- Implement defense in depth through secure by default architecture
- Define and track KPIs for the cloud security program
- Build and deploy AI agents for threat detection and incident response
What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience in Cloud Security
- Deep AWS security experience including IAM and CloudTrail
- Expertise in Kubernetes security, network policies, and RBAC
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code and full lifecycle management
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI security agents

How you'll work
