As a senior individual contributor, you will shape a digital-first experience that helps members achieve long-term health success. You will combine member empathy with data and AI to guide investments across multiple teams and functions, ensuring cohesive and motivating consumer products.
What you'll do
- Define multi-year product strategy for the end-to-end member experience
- Identify high-leverage opportunities using insights and market data
- Establish strategic approaches to personalization and adaptive experiences
- Translate clinical complexities into intuitive consumer products
- Create experimentation frameworks for evidence-based decision making
- Mentor product leaders and strengthen organizational product practices
- Collaborate with Clinical, Coaching, and Operations to evolve care models
What you'll need
- 15+ years of product management experience in consumer products
- Proven track record in improving activation, engagement, and retention
- Strong understanding of behavior change and habit formation
- Ability to translate vision into coherent strategy and roadmaps
- Fluency in leveraging data, AI, and personalization for user experiences
- Experience leading across complex cross-functional systems
