Join Sanity.io as a Senior Support Engineer, where you will own high-impact technical challenges rather than managing a reactive ticket queue. You will guide enterprise clients through complex implementations, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, and enhance documentation and tooling to reduce recurring friction.
This position requires strong technical judgment and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure. You will play a key role in scaling customer success by turning individual issues into lasting system improvements.
What you'll do
- Independently resolve complex technical issues for enterprise accounts
- Lead investigations into high-severity incidents and maintain clear communication
- Create minimal reproductions, code snippets, and structured issue reports
- Mentor other support engineers on investigation and resolution techniques
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive product improvements
- Author and refine documentation to reduce recurring customer questions
- Improve internal infrastructure, tooling, and support workflows
- Participate in community support and paid on-call rotations
What you'll need
- Located remotely in the UK or Ireland
- 4+ years of experience in developer support or engineering roles
- Strong debugging skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web apps
- Experience with frameworks like Next.js is highly relevant
- Proven ability to own complex issues from diagnosis to resolution
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor peers
- Comfortable working under pressure with empathy and clarity
- Bias toward improving systems and processes over quick fixes
