This deeply technical role requires a structured operator who can navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional stakeholders. You will establish scalable frameworks for incident response, supply chain risk, and device security while ensuring high-quality delivery of security milestones.
What you'll do
- Drive execution of security programs like vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening
- Partner with IT, Legal, and Security teams to build scalable compliance frameworks
- Translate privacy commitments into engineering milestones and ensure implementation
- Coordinate incident response, evidence collection, and supply chain risk management
- Maintain program visibility across risk areas and cross-organizational dependencies
- Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and executive audiences
What you'll need
- 5+ years leading complex technical programs in security or compliance
- Deep fluency in engineering systems, security controls, and regulatory expectations
- Proven success driving cross-functional efforts across engineering and legal stakeholders
- Ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences with empathy and clarity
- Structured approach to ambiguity with a bias for aligned execution
- Experience with insider threat, information security, or physical security domains
