Truelogic seeks a Senior Technical Product or Program Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives for a digital media client. You will coordinate between business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and external vendors to drive modernization efforts.
The role focuses on implementing an AI and data platform while managing a large-scale ecommerce launch. Success requires hands-on technical knowledge, rigorous project coordination, and the ability to manage complex dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead technology initiatives by managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders
- Manage external vendors against statements of work, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate AI and data platform implementation from requirements to handoff
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Lead Shopify ecommerce launch readiness including load testing and security
- Coordinate go-live activities, risk management, and real-time communication
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, decisions, and process records
What you'll need
- 7+ years experience as Technical Program or Product Manager
- Proven track record managing complex AI, data, or digital platform implementations
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience supporting high-traffic launches
- Experience managing external vendors against strict delivery commitments
- Technical understanding of ecommerce infrastructure, security, and scalability
- Expertise in leading UAT, requirements gathering, and launch readiness
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Availability for immediate start with strong U.S. time-zone overlap
