Truelogic seeks a Senior Technical Product or Program Manager to drive two major technology initiatives: an AI and data platform implementation and a large-scale ecommerce launch. You will act as the central coordination point between business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and external technology partners.
The role demands strong vendor management skills and hands-on Shopify expertise to ensure successful delivery from requirements gathering through to launch and handoff. You will manage risks, timelines, and real-time execution in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead technology initiatives by managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders
- Manage external vendors against statements of work, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate AI and data platform implementation from requirements to adoption
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Lead Shopify ecommerce launch readiness including load testing and security
- Coordinate go-live activities, risk management, and issue escalation
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, decisions, and handoff materials
What you'll need
- Seven or more years of experience in technical program or product management
- Proven track record managing complex AI, data, or digital platform implementations
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience supporting high-traffic ecommerce launches
- Experience managing external vendors against timelines and delivery commitments
- Technical understanding of ecommerce infrastructure, security, and scalability
- Expertise in leading UAT, requirements gathering, and launch readiness
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities
- Availability for immediate start with strong U.S. time zone overlap
