Truelogic seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives for a digital media client. You will coordinate between business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and external vendors to drive modernization efforts.
The role focuses on implementing an AI/data platform and executing a large-scale ecommerce launch. Success requires managing complex timelines, ensuring technical readiness, and facilitating smooth handoffs.
What you'll do
- Lead technology initiatives by managing timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Manage external vendors against statements of work and delivery milestones
- Coordinate AI and data platform implementation from requirements to handoff
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Oversee Shopify launch readiness including security and load testing
- Manage go-live activities and real-time communication during critical launches
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and decision logs
What you'll need
- Seven or more years in technical program or product management roles
- Proven experience managing complex AI, data, or digital platform implementations
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience supporting high-traffic launches
- Experience managing external vendors against strict delivery commitments
- Technical understanding of ecommerce infrastructure and scalability
- Expertise in leading UAT, risk management, and launch readiness
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Availability for immediate start with US time zone overlap
