You will operate as a technical operator at the center of product, engineering, design, and leadership. Your goal is to increase velocity by identifying friction, eliminating coordination overhead, and ensuring the team ships better products faster.
This is not a traditional management role. You will work alongside makers, using AI tools to prototype and unblock workflows, turning weeks of work into days while maintaining high quality.
What you'll do
- Drive rapid feedback loops between prototyping, client input, and production
- Remove blockers for engineers and designers on the same day they arise
- Keep leadership informed with clear signals on risks and shipped items
- Use AI tools to prototype solutions, draft specs, and generate briefs
- Build lightweight systems that improve alignment without adding bureaucracy
- Protect the team’s focus to allow builders to spend more time building
- Identify and surface cross-team dependencies before they become problems
What you'll need
- Experience shipping real products in fast-moving startup environments
- Strong familiarity with modern AI tooling and daily usage in workflows
- Ability to hold context across business, product, design, and engineering
- Excellent async-first communication skills oriented toward decisions
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure where needed
- High ownership and accountability for moving stuck items forward
- Experience working effectively with distributed teams across time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
Nice to have
- Early-stage startup experience is strongly preferred
- Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
