Join Wrapbook as a Senior User Researcher to lead inquiry for a core product area. You will transform ambiguous questions into clear learning strategies, guiding cross-functional teams toward evidence-based decisions in production finance.
What you'll do
- Own research strategy and roadmap for a core product area
- Frame ambiguous questions into focused research plans
- Lead mixed-method studies across the product lifecycle
- Synthesize findings into clear, defensible recommendations
- Integrate research with analytics and customer feedback
- Use AI to accelerate planning and analysis securely
- Maintain a durable research repository and coach partners
What you'll need
- 6+ years of user or product research experience
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience owning research from framing to activation
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously
- Strong analytical skills to identify meaningful patterns
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Fluency in AI tools for research workflows
Nice to have
- Experience in entertainment or media production
- Background in payroll, fintech, or accounting
- Familiarity with complex operational domains
