You will own the capture and delivery of conversion signals across Hostinger’s platforms, ensuring reliable data reaches Meta, Google Ads, and Amplitude. Working with the web tracking squad and data teams, you will solve complex tracking challenges and maintain high data quality standards.
This hands-on position involves designing solutions from concept to production. You will partner with PPC, product, and data stakeholders to address data quality questions and improve the scalability of collected data.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain server-side tracking solutions for accurate measurement
- Ensure reliable conversion signal delivery to Meta, Google Ads, and Amplitude
- Investigate and resolve complex tracking issues across devices and domains
- Partner with PPC, product, and data teams on data quality questions
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure privacy compliance
- Improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of collected data
What you'll need
- 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing web tracking
- Experience with server-side tracking implementation (e.g., server-side GTM)
- Strong knowledge of conversion APIs including deduplication logic
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and understanding of HTML/CSS
- Solid understanding of GDPR and its impact on tracking
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problems without predefined scope
Nice to have
- Experience with containerized infrastructure like Kubernetes or Docker
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
- Exposure to analytics platforms beyond GA4, GTM, and Amplitude
