RapDev helps over 1,000 enterprises optimize their ServiceNow and Datadog environments through trusted data and connected workflows. As a ServiceNow Tech Lead, you will design scalable solutions and lead modern ITOM, ITAM, and DevOps implementations.
You will work directly with customers to integrate the latest technologies, including AI tools and cloud platforms, into their ServiceNow instances. The team focuses on turning ServiceNow into a powerful, AI-driven operational backbone.
What you'll do
- Develop quality software and web applications for ServiceNow
- Design highly scalable and testable code structures
- Create custom business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
- Handle third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, and mid servers
- Troubleshoot configuration and scripting issues independently
- Lead customer implementations and provide remote services
- Participate in SCRUM calls and requirements review sessions
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and integrations
- Experience leading ITOM implementations
- Background in Cloud-Native Discovery and ServiceMapping
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
