Join a fast-growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand as their dedicated growth developer. You will own the storefront development, turning designs into high-performing Liquid sections and driving revenue through structured experimentation.
Working directly with the founder and Head of Growth, you will ship landing pages, optimize product detail pages, and manage the technical tracking stack. The role requires full-time dedication with no side clients allowed.
What you'll do
- Ship landing pages for paid traffic matched to campaign intent and audience
- Build and iterate product detail pages with mobile-first design principles
- Convert AI-generated HTML and Figma files into clean Liquid sections
- Run structured A/B testing programs using Shoplift and Rebuy
- Manage tracking stack including GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel and Consent Mode
- Improve Core Web Vitals and maintain technical SEO health
- Use AI dev tools to accelerate shipping and review code quality
What you'll need
- Hands-on Shopify theme development with Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Proven experience running A/B tests with measurable before and after results
- Ability to quickly ship working and tracked sections from designs
- Proficiency with GTM client and server-side, GA4 and Meta CAPI
- Experience with subscription platforms like Recharge or StayAI
- Comfortable using AI tools for coding and content generation
- Fluent English at C1 level or higher for daily communication
- Available full-time without side clients or competing ventures
Nice to have
- Background in health, wellness or supplement DTC sectors
- Ability to propose layouts and wireframes in Figma
- Experience with interactive UX animation libraries like GSAP
- Skill in producing AI-generated content and static ads at scale
- Technical SEO work with schema.org and structured data
