As the accountable on-site lead for civil, structural, and architectural construction, you will direct general and specialist contractors. You combine subject-matter expertise with field leadership to deliver safe, high-quality work aligned with the integrated construction plan.
Reporting to the Site Construction Manager, you coordinate design interpretation and technical decisions with engineers. You own day-to-day discipline execution, managing contractor performance and escalating material, schedule, or design issues as needed.
What you'll do
- Direct general contractors and trades against approved designs and schedules
- Oversee earthworks, foundations, steel, envelope, and architectural completion
- Review constructability, sequencing, RFIs, submittals, and proposed changes
