Join MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, to help scale a mobile-first work execution platform used by major industrial clients. You will collaborate with product and platform teams to improve service stability, establish reliability standards, and build tooling that empowers developers to operate their services confidently.
What you'll do
- Assess service maturity and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Partner with teams to implement observability best practices
- Enable developer autonomy in service deployment and infrastructure support
- Mentor developers on reliability practices to foster self-sufficiency
- Drive adoption of reliability tooling and practices across the organization
What you'll need
- Deep understanding of observability in distributed system environments
- Practical experience with SRE concepts like SLOs and error budgets
- 3–5+ years in software development, SRE, or DevOps roles
- Proficiency in cloud-native platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
