We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to maintain the stability and performance of automation platforms. You will support production solutions across RPA, infrastructure automation, and validation frameworks while driving operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Monitor health, availability, and performance of automation platforms
- Lead incident response and root cause investigations
- Improve observability via monitoring, alerting, and dashboards
- Partner with developers to enhance system reliability and scalability
- Support deployment, testing, and release activities
- Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort
- Identify and remediate production risks
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering or related field
- 2+ years in SRE, Systems Engineering, DevOps or Support
- Experience supporting production applications in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of reliability, monitoring, and incident management
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or Terraform
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise automation platforms and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of observability and incident management best practices
- Exposure to large-scale distributed systems
- Relevant cloud, automation, or SRE certifications
