Join the Fleet team at Mistral to build and maintain the infrastructure powering sovereign AI solutions. You will ensure the reliability of large-scale Linux environments, cloud systems, and AI workloads while collaborating with research and product teams.
The role involves troubleshooting incidents, supporting customers, and evolving the platform using modern cloud-native technologies. You will work at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and customer success in a competitive, innovative environment.
What you'll do
- Operate infrastructure for sovereign AI, including Linux environments and cloud systems
- Troubleshoot incidents to ensure high availability, performance, and security
- Collaborate with research and product teams to align systems with AI needs
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams for issue resolution
- Contribute to modern cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and GPU orchestration
What you'll need
- Strong experience in Linux system administration at scale
- Proficiency in Slurm and/or Kubernetes for workload management
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to diagnose and explain technical issues
- Pragmatic and collaborative approach to infrastructure and customer success
Nice to have
- Familiarity with distributed storage systems
- Experience with high performance networking
- Knowledge of cloud security practices
- Background in GPU, AI, or ML workloads
