Join the Provider Operations team as the first AI Inference SRE at the company. You will ensure that billions of daily requests across dozens of providers remain fast, correct, and available. Your work will involve detecting degradations early and routing traffic away from issues before customers are impacted.
What you'll do
- Build and own monitoring for provider latency, throughput, and error rates
- Define SLOs per provider tier and configure actionable alerts
- Improve detection speed for degraded endpoints and automate traffic shifting
