The position involves operating big data pipelines and ML platforms while serving as a subject matter expert for AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure. You will drive reliability improvements and provide technical support to internal development teams.
What you'll do
- Triage production and non-production environments for data and ML infrastructure
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule with occasional weekend coverage
- Provide Slack-based support and resolve service issues for internal customers
