You will own the site selection portfolio, coordinating cross-functional reviews with Construction, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams. This position ensures high-volume pipelines move with precision, managing due diligence, risk escalation, and deal closure for Vultr's expanding infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Manage site selection portfolio from intake to lease execution
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews across technical and business teams
- Drive due diligence workflows including site visits and decision packages
- Handle lease negotiation logistics and coordinate with external counsel
- Maintain central reporting on site status and portfolio health
- Identify and escalate risks regarding schedule or data discrepancies
- Compile accurate location data for tax and incentive analysis
What you'll need
- 5+ years in data center site selection or real estate acquisition
- Experience managing concurrent high-value real estate transactions
- Knowledge of power utility infrastructure and fiber availability
- Familiarity with zoning, permitting, and tax incentive structures
- Strong attention to accuracy and follow-through in deal closing
