This position is exclusively for currently contracted US-based military professionals transitioning through the SkillBridge program. You will architect and manage realistic simulation environments, ensuring networks, security tools, and attack generators function correctly for customer training scenarios.
What you'll do
- Design and architect complex computer networks for testing and training
- Configure hosts, servers, and services to meet dynamic customer goals
- Set up and validate security tools within the simulation environment
- Model user behaviors using traffic generation tools
- Configure automated attack platforms to execute specific scenarios
- Troubleshoot networking, system administration, and platform issues
- Collaborate with customers to define range requirements and use cases
- Deliver tasks efficiently during high-visibility customer events
What you'll need
- Currently contracted US-based military professional eligible for SkillBridge
- 5+ years of experience in a technical field
- 2+ years of experience with VMware vCenter
- 5+ years managing complex Enterprise IT systems
- 5+ years deploying and configuring Windows and Linux
- 3+ years scripting with Python or PowerShell
- Strong understanding of OSI layers, Firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs
- Knowledge of SIEM, Proxy, AV, EDR, DLP, and Forensics tools
- Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet or Ansible
