We are seeking a Test Lead with over 12 years of experience to drive quality assurance for complex utility sector transformations. You will oversee end-to-end integration testing for Customer Information Systems and manage onsite-offshore delivery models.
The role demands strong expertise in API-driven architectures, risk mitigation, and governance. You will define test strategies aligned with multi-phase roadmaps and ensure seamless migration releases.
What you'll do
- Define program-level test strategy for transformation roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end integration testing across CIS and ERP platforms
- Validate REST APIs, microservices, and OpenAPI specifications
- Test Azure API Management policies, security rules, and routing
- Verify Kafka events, ETL outputs, and secure file transfers
- Govern testing for dual-system coexistence and phased migrations
- Drive defect management and quality gates across workstreams
- Provide executive reporting and risk insights for decision support
What you'll need
- Over 12 years in QA/Test Management roles
- Experience with large transformation programs
