Join the FDL - Ecomm team to develop scalable software solutions for SAP posting and eCommerce data reporting. You will blend traditional data engineering with advanced AI capabilities, including generative AI, to enhance development efficiency and support business goals. The team emphasizes technical excellence, continuous improvement, and a product-driven approach to deliver high-quality outcomes.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize data pipelines using Python, Scala, Apache Spark, and Airflow
- Deploy workflows on Google Cloud Platform using Dataproc, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage
- Ensure data quality and governance with Apache Hudi, GitHub Actions, and Terraform
- Build RAG-based AI solutions for document retrieval and contextual responses
- Integrate LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate complex AI and multi-agent systems
- Develop Agentic AI capabilities to automate decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on retail analytics and forecasting
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance across environments
What you'll need
- 6+ years in data or software engineering with 4+ years on Google Cloud Platform
- Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with GCP services like Dataproc, BigQuery, and Vertex AI
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and Agentic AI systems
- Knowledge of retail domain data flows and key performance indicators
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 3 years experience, or 5 years experience
Nice to have
- Google Professional Data Engineer certification
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related area
- Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
- Experience implementing assistive technologies and digital accessibility
