Join the Mobile team within Platform Engineering at MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions. You will treat the internal developer platform as a product, serving feature teams by removing infrastructure friction.
Your mission is to create a consistent mobile foundation where engineers can ship features faster and safer without managing build pipelines or shared components manually.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain React Native foundations and tooling for the internal platform
- Integrate AI-native workflows into daily development and platform tools
- Consolidate and evolve platform primitives like SDKs and CI pipelines
- Define golden paths for local development and build processes
- Collaborate with product teams to drive adoption of the internal platform
- Elevate engineering excellence standards across mobile teams
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of mobile engineering experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React Native
- Experience building shared modules, SDKs, and reusable components
- Strong understanding of Mobile DevOps practices
- Proactive mindset towards applying AI in engineering workflows
- Expert spoken and written English for global leadership alignment
