Join the Product Engineering team at UpGuard to help scale infrastructure that processes billions of risk signals daily. You will work across the stack, building customer-facing features and backend services while leveraging agentic AI tools to enhance development workflows.
What you'll do
- Build and ship features across React front end and Go services
- Own scoped work end-to-end with guidance from senior engineers
- Maintain platform speed and reliability during scaling
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Learn the cybersecurity domain to improve product quality
- Grow technical scope with support from management
What you'll need
- At least two years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Productive in a backend language, preferably Go
- Solid skills in relational databases like Postgres
- Comfortable using AI coding tools as default workflow
- Ability to balance technical quality with business needs
- Low ego and high care for product and customers
Nice to have
- Previous experience in cybersecurity
- Experience running services on Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
