Join the Engineering team at Fellow to shape the core product experience of an AI-native meeting assistant. You will own features from concept to production, working closely with Product and Design to turn ambiguous problems into polished software.
This position requires deep integration of AI coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor into your daily workflow. You will help define new engineering practices while shipping high-quality code that prioritizes user impact and system reliability.
What you'll do
- Build and ship product features end-to-end across the full technology stack
- Own product areas from technical design through implementation and monitoring
- Partner with Product and Design to translate broad ideas into simple experiences
- Write thoughtful tests and maintain high standards for performance and reliability
- Use AI coding agents deeply to improve team workflows and development practices
- Break down ambiguous work into practical pieces and make effective trade-offs
- Contribute to code reviews and shared engineering standards within the team
What you'll need
- Professional experience building and shipping production software
- Strong fundamentals in modern web technologies and engineering principles
- Track record of owning projects beyond implementation, including rollout
- Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative without strict guidance
- Deep practical use of AI coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor
- Clear communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Desire to learn quickly and contribute to a fast-moving, quality-focused team
