What you'll do
- Build and scale end-to-end production systems for complex B2B products
- Own features from initial conception through launch and iteration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand problems and drive solutions
- Create shared abstractions to make complex products intuitive
- Improve engineering standards via code reviews and clear communication
What you'll need
- Strong fundamentals in tracing requests from UI to data store
- High agency with a builder mindset or startup experience
- Pragmatic approach to selecting simple, effective tools
- Deep care for code quality and bug-free solutions
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch
