What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions
- Collaborate with architects and analysts to resolve design conflicts
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes
- Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency
- Mentor less experienced developers and support team growth
- Participate in rotating on-call support as needed
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on coding and debugging skills
- Experience with enterprise-level software solutions
- Solid understanding of SDLC and methodologies
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
