Join BLP’s engineering team to develop an agentic platform that automates finance and operations workflows for enterprise customers. You will own the product roadmap from problem definition to deployment, working with a stack centered on Go and Kubernetes.
The company is majority employee-owned with backing from Goldman Sachs, serving over 550 clients globally. This position offers end-to-end responsibility for software quality and technical direction.
What you'll do
- Translate business requirements into product improvements and code
- Design and develop clean, maintainable software using functional patterns
- Conduct code reviews to maintain technical excellence
- Guide technical direction for major initiatives and mentor peers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define precise specifications
- Improve team processes, tools, and practices continuously
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong grasp of Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles
- Ability to link daily work to broader company goals
- Skill in simplifying complex systems for diverse stakeholders
- Proactive team player who supports collective goals
