The team is scaling rapidly to meet growing demand. You will influence engineering culture and make key architectural choices while working closely with product and leadership.
What you'll do
- Own and ship high-impact products affecting patient outcomes
- Make architectural decisions influencing the entire platform
- Streamline fulfillment workflows using automation and AI tools
- Build customer-facing applications for patients and caretakers
- Develop external APIs and AI-driven solutions for partners
- Run experiments and proofs of concept to shape the roadmap
What you'll need
- Experience building features from zero to one in startups
- Product-minded approach to understanding feature context
- Strong technical and non-technical communication skills
- Comfortable working across the full technology stack
- Deep experience with Python, TypeScript, React, or databases
- Proficient in using LLMs and agentic tools effectively
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a growing startup environment
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with compliance standards like HIPAA or SOC2
